Second Game

The game was tight throughout the game. Then the Eagles soared. They landed a touchdown in the second half and held off the Tigers for their first victory! Josh got to play in the whole 4th quarter and they even got to play an extra quarter at the end of the game to give some of the other players a chance to play and get some more experience. Josh got to play linebacker on Defence and tightend on Offence! Josh had alot of fun. The final score was 6-0!
Then after the game there was another game so we stuck around to watch and the kids had another little side game going on. There was alot of extra field area that the kids had room to play. He got to have hot chocolate and nachos and run around the dirt track with some of his friends that encompassed the football field.

First Football Game

Well they lost their first game against Liberial. Score was 8-0. We'll see how practice goes on Tuesday and Thursday. They don't have a game next weekend for some reason. They did make a touchdown first in the first half but they had a holding penalty on that play and they was not able to get it back to the goal line to keep the touchdown. Then Liberal got a touchdown in the second half. The coaches did not rotate all the players very good on that game. Josh only got to play 2 or maybe 3 plays in the game, and that was not any more than some of the others. Josh played on offence thata game, but he has been put on both sides in practices. He likes defence better because he gets to tackle. Papa and Grammy got to go come to this game. It was played at home field. His next game is away. Go Eagles !!
